In compliance with the current organic law for Personal Data Protection 15/1999, CIOMIJAS informs the users of www.ciomijas.com and the students that sign up for any of the courses or participate in any of the Virtual Centre's services, of their personal data protection policy so that they can determine, freely and voluntarily, if they wish to provide the company with their personal details that could be required from them on subscribing to some of the services that are offered.

CIOMIJAS belongs to the Union Temporal de Empresas "GDT Asesoramiento Empresarial, SL - Residencial Torrealmadena, SL UTE" (Hereafter - CIOMIJAS) and they own and are responsible for the data base generated from the personal information provided by the users.

Processing

When the user signs up for any of the offered courses or fills out a query form, providing the personal details that are required, and then clicks on accept, THEY ARE EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZING that CIOMIJAS can deal with and incorporate into their database the personal details that have been provided. Likewise, the user is giving their consent to the disclosure of the data to third parties, with the determinants that are stated in the Privacy Control section.

Purpose

The collection and automatic processing of the user's personal details is for the purpose of the improvement, expansion, management and provision of the services that are offered through the CIOMIJA's Portal. It is also used to provide information of interest to the users, to respond to queries and facilitate the registration on the courses as well as to manage the training courses.

Security

CIOMIJAS has adopted the necessary technical measures to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access to personal data that the user has provided, taking into account the limitations that the internet presents. In this sense, the user accepts and recognizes the limits of this medium, for which CIOMIJAS will not be held responsible for any loss, misplacement or unauthorized manipulation of data beyond the control of CIOMIJAS.

Privacy Control

The user has the right to access the information that concerns them in the CIOMIJA's database, rectify it if it is incorrect, cancel it or oppose to its processing by sending an email to informacion@ciomijas.com or through written communication, signed (with a copy of the user's DNI) and directed to the person in charge of said database, that is CIOMIJAS, (Centro Andaluz de Formación Integral de las Industrias del Ocio), located at Ctra. User Consent

It is understood that the user accepts the established conditions if they press the "SEND" button that is found on the contact details forms.

Personal data collected from our users is stored in a data base belonging to CIOMIJAS that guarantees the appropriate measures, of a structural and technological nature, being provided to protect the integrity and the security of the personal data provided.

The data obtained is adequate, pertinent and not excessive in relation to the company, the purpose and determined services both legitimate and explicit from CIOMIJAS.

The right of opposition, correction and updating of details.

The user has the right to access this information, rectify it, if the data is incorrect, and to unsubscribe from the file.
